ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17163 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26210 of 2024, dated 05.12.2024, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, on 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17163 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26210 of 2024, dated 05.12.2024, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, on 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, is relaxed.
