O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order passed by the trial Court, dismissing the application filed by the petitioner seeking amendment of plaint.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent produced the copy of the order passed by the trial Court in I.A.No.5 of 2024, returning the plaint for presentation before appropriate Court dated 06.12.2024. Since the plaint ordered to be returned, the prayer sought for in the revision has become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
