ORDER

This writ petition is filed directing the respondent to register the settlement deed dated 13.06.2023 executed by the petitioner in favour of his daughter Mrs.S.Abirami in respect of property bearing New S.No.286/6B 0.0082 sq.m. or 883 sq.ft is equal to Old S.No.13/1 at Main Road Kuriyamangalam Village, Bhuvangiri Taluk, Cuddalore District..

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is the case of the writ petitioner that the petitioner had presented a settlement deed dated 13.06.2023, however, the document was returned without any endorsement. In this regard, he has sent a legal notice, still the document is not registered.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that let the petitioner present the document, the respondent will register the document as per law.

5. Such view of the matter, let the petitioner present the settlement deed for registration, on such presentation, the respondent shall register the 2/4

document as per law within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
