This application has been filed seeking leave to institute the suit, which is one for recovery of money against the defendants in this Court.

2. According to the plaintiff, the entire transaction took place within the jurisdiction of this Court, where the registered office of the Company is situate. The agreement entered into between the parties regarding the transaction also provides that Courts in Chennai would have jurisdiction, in case of dispute between the parties. It is also seen that the invoices have been raised from Chennai, within the jurisdiction of this Court.

3. Considering the above, this application is allowed granting leave to the plaintiff to institute the suit against the defendants, who are carry out businesses within the original jurisdiction of this Court in this Court. 30.07.2019 kkn 1/2 http://www.judis.nic.in
