Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecution appearing on behalf of the respondent.
The petition is ordered and the delay of 56 days in filing the criminal revision petition filed against the order of return passed in unnumbered Crl.M.P.No.
of 2019, dated 26.02.2019, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Salem is hereby condoned.
The Registry is directed to number the criminal revision petition if it is otherwise in order and list the same for hearing.
