"Even before filing this present petition for restoration, the sole respondent had died, hence, I have to take necessary steps, for impleading the LRs of the respondent as parties, hence, I am withdrawing this present petition, with liberty to file fresh petition for restoration adding the legal heirs of the respondent as parties."
