This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.8116 of 2023 on 19.04.2023 to report before the respondent police everyday at 6.30 p.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
