O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents Police to secure the accused in Crime No.22 of 2018 and complete the investigation in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials placed on record.

3.On the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent Police have registered a case in Crime No.22 of 2018 on 23.04.2018 under Sections 465, 468, 471 and 420 IPC against https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

one Venkatesan. While so, the de facto complainant has filed the present petition with the above prayer.

4.In the opinion of this Court, no directions as prayed for by the petitioner can be granted, in the light of the law laid down by the Supreme Court in Joginder Kumar Vs State of U.P. reported in 1994 [4] SCC 260. Hence, this petition is closed.
