ORDER

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed for withdrawal of H.M.O.P.No.208 of 2016 pending on the file of the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore and to transfer the same to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Ariyalur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent does not have any objection for transferring H.M.O.P.No.208 of 2016 as prayed for by the petitioner and an endorsement to that effect has also been made.

4. Recording the endorsement, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and H.M.O.P.No.208 of 2016 is withdrawn from the file of Additional Family Court, Coimbatore and transferred to the file of Sub Court, Ariyalur. No costs. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
