This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Sub Inspector of Police (Law & Order), Odian Street Police Station, Pondicherry the respondent herein to register in the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 09.05.2018.

3.In view of the order passed by this Court in the case of Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd., Vs The Assistant Commissioner of Police, J2, Adyar Police Station, Adyar, Chennai-600 020 and another [2016 (5) CTC 577 : 2016-2-LW (Crl.) 499], this petition is not maintainable.
4.Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner set out in Sugesan's case (supra).
