This petition is filed to amend the prayer as this petitioner surrender before the Sessions Judge, Special Court for Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribe Act, Vellore instead of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Vellore by order dated 02.09.2022 in Crl.Op.No.20839 of 2022.

2.This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the above miscellaneous petition and accordingly this petition is allowed.

3.Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment and issue fresh order copy to the parties.
