The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a Memo dated 19.08.2024 stating that after the demise of the husband of the petitioner due to Covid -19, the petitioner is not interested in the above said civil miscellaneous petitions. .

3. In view of the above, these civil miscellaneous petitions are dismissed as not pressed and the second appeals are also rejected in SR Stage.
