This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 11.07.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.15531 of 2022 that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court viz., learned Additional District Judge/Presiding Officer, Special Court for Essential Commodities Act Cases, Coimbatore, twice daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court viz., learned Additional District Judge/Presiding Officer, Special Court for Essential Commodities Act Cases, Coimbatore, twice in a week i.e. on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.
