It is brought to the notice of this Court that as against the order passed in W.P.No.28886 of 2019, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has granted Interim Stay.

2. Since the matter has been seized off by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, it would not be appropriate for this Court to parallelly proceed with the Contempt Petition.

3.Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedies in the appeal before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
