This petition is filed to dispense with production of certified copy of Judgment and Decree dated 31.08.2016 made in O.S.No.23 of 2014 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Cheyyaar, Tiruvannamalai. 2.The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that he has applied for the certified copy of the Decree dated 31.08.2016 made in O.S.No.23 of 2014 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Cheyyaar, Tiruvannamalai. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and also the submission of the appellant, the production of the Decree dated 31.08.2016 made in O.S.No.23 of 2014 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Cheyyaar, Tiruvannamalai is dispensed with for the present. The learned counsel for the appellant is permitted to present the same as and when required.
