Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to Order No.F.No.38/37/08 - P&PW(A).pt.1,dated 03.10.2008, passed by the third respondent, Order No.24-1/2010-TS-II, dated 25.05.2010, passed by the second respondent, Order No.Nil dated 07.07.2011, passed by the first respondent and order No.F.Admin.III/P2/2011,

dated 21.10.2011, passed by the fourth respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents to fix the pension of the members of the petitioners Association by taking into account the minimum pay of Rs.48,000/- in the case of Professors and Rs.42,800/- in the case of Associate Professors with all consequential benefits, including payment of arrears flowing therefrom.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition and also filed memo on behalf of the petitioners requesting to withdraw the Writ Petition before this Court.

2. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
