Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the further condition that imposed by this Honble Court in order dated 17.04.2018 passed in Crl.M.P.No.5898 of 2018 in Crl.O.p.No.5490 of 2018 before respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.ANBARASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.IYYAPPARAJ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.O.P.No.5490 of 2018 on 06.03.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in CRL.O.P.No.5490 of 2018 on 06.03.2018 regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in CRL.O.P.No.5490 of 2018 on 06.03.2018 is relaxed. However, the

petitioner will himself be available, as and when required by the respondent.
