This petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.10 of 2021, dated 30.09.2021 pending on the file of the 1st respondent Police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that in FIR in Crime No.10 of 2021, investigation has been completed, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambur on 12.10.2022.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in the quash petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
