2. The documents include a prospectus, a report published in the Hindu, advertisements in newspapers, a reply letter and documents relating to awards.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both parties have filed photocopies of documents and subject to the first respondent not objecting to photocopies filed by the petitioners, the petitioners have no objection to these documents. In response, learned counsel for the first respondent submits that the said respondent has also not objected to the photocopies filed by the petitioners.

4. In view of the aforesaid, these applications are allowed as prayed for.
