This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in F.I.R. No.312 of 2017.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered a case in Crime No.312 of 2017 under Sections 406, 420 and 468 I.P.C against the four accused. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR and the fact that the FIR was registered in the year 2017, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.312 of 2017 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
