Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in the Crl.M.p.no.7173 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.11268 of 2018 order dated 17.05.2018 para 4 the petitioner on every Monday at 10.30 a.m appear before respondent police until futher.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.STALIN Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MOHAMED RIYAZ,ADDL.PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.7137 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.11268 of 2018 dated 17.05.2018.
2. This court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., every Monday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.
3. Heard both sides.
4. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7137 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.11268 of 2018 dated 17.05.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in a month, i.e., first day of every month at 10.30.a.m. until further orders.
