The suit has been filed for specific performance of Agreement of Sale. The subject property is situated at Chennai, within the jurisdiction of this Court. The Agreement has also been entered into at Chennai. However, the defendants are residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court. Hence, the applicant / plaintiff has sought for leave to sue the defendants.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application seeking for grant of leave to sue.

3. Accordingly, leave to sue is granted as prayed for and this application is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to number the suit, if it is otherwise in order. 13.12.2021.
