The Petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the Respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 408 & 420 r/w.120(b) of IPC in Crime No.21 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioner was arrested by the Police on 29.07.2023.
