order passed by the 2nd respondent in Lr.Nos.CE/CD/SE/CD&HP/SE (NI)2/AEE3/F.NCTPP- stage-II- Free/SSC/D.684/13,694/13,691/13 respectively dt.06.04.2013 and quash the same in so far as it relates to the collection of service charges in relation to the free supply of dry fly ash to the petitioner and consequently forbear the respondents 2 to 4 and their men from in any way demanding any kind of service charges from the petitioner towards free supply of dry ash as stipulated in the office memorandum in File No.9-8/2005-HSMD dated 18.03.2011 issued by the 1st respondent .
