This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 04.07.2024 and to pass suitable order within the time frame fixed by this Court.

The sum and substance of the grievance of the petitioner union is that the members of the Union and the office bearers are being targeted by 2/4
various authorities belonging to the transport Corporation. The various instances have also been quoted both in the representation as well as in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition.

The nature of allegations that have been put forth cannot be decided by the Government or by the Transport Corporation and the Union has to necessarily raise an industrial dispute in this regard. Except giving this liberty, no further orders can be passed by this Court in this writ petition. 4.
