This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed in petitioner by this Court in para no.7(b) of order dated 23.04.2025 made in Crl.O.P.No.12069 of 2025.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
