O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M.JAICHANDREN, J.,) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the husband of the detenue, namely, B.Anitha Devi, aged about 23 years, praying that this Court may be pleased to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the detenue, before this Court and to set her at liberty.

2. No appearance on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of the 1st and the 2nd respondents. 4.

At this stage of the hearing of the Habeas Corpus Petition, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, had placed before this Court a letter, said to have been written by the petitioner, addressed to the 1st respondent stating that the family members of the detenue, the wife of the petitioner, had agreed to permit the detenue to live with him and to lead a peaceful matrimonial life. In such circumstances, he had informed the 1st respondent that he is withdrawing the complaint made to the 1st respondent, on 16.06.2016.

In such circumstances, we are of the view that no further orders are necessary in the present Habeas Corpus Petition.
