ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 506(i) of I.P.C, in Crime.No.1671 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused waylaid the defacto complainant and attacked him and also threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and no way connected with the alleged offence. Hence he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner waylaid the defacto complainant and attacked him and also threatened him with dire consequences. He would further submit that the petitioner is a notorious rowdy element and there are six previous cases pending against him Under Sections 392 and 397 of I.P.C. Hence he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner is a notorious rowdy element, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
