This petition has been filed seeking to amend the correct section as "Janarthanan and 191(2), 191(3), 296(b), 115(2), 76, 118(1), 351(3) of BNS Act, r/w Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, in Crime No.67 of 2025" instead of "Janarthanam and 191(3), 296(b), 115(2), 76, 118(1), 351(3) of BNS Act, r/w Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prevention of Harassment of Women Act, in Crime No.67 of 2025, in the above Crl.O.P.No.16115 of 2025.

2. In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in order dated 28.05.2025 passed in Crl.O.P.No.16115 of 2025 and issue fresh order copy.
