Respondents Prayer:- Contempt petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondents for their wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 12.01.2024 in W.P.No.8155 of 2022.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 12.01.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.8155 of 2022, thereby directing the respondents to approve the appointment of P.Maria, in the post of B.T.Assistant (Science) with effect from 03.06.2019, with all monetary and service benefits, within a period of eight weeks.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the first respondent passed an order on 24.09.2024. She also produced a copy of the order dated 24.09.2024 passed by the first respondent, before this Court. 3.
