Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court on the 1st petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.2764 of 2018 order dated 24.04.2018 on the file of this Hon'ble Court and to relax the condition as against the 1st petitioner alone. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.MAMBI AROORAN, M/S.AJMAL ASSOCIATES, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2764 of 2018 dated 24.04.2018.
2. This court, while granting bail to the first petitioner, imposed a condition that the first petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.
3. Heard both sides.
4. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2764 of 2018 dated 24.04.2018 is modified to the effect that the first
petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Erode, once in a month, i.e., first working day of every month at 10.30.a.m. until further orders. -sd/- 22/06/2018 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
