O R D E R

The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in Crl.M.P.No.1859 of 2018 on 24.05.2018 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kancheepuram at Chengalpattu, on condition that the petitioner should appear before the respondent Police everyday until further orders. The petitioner filed Crl.M.P.No.2171 of 2018 before the Principal Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu for modification of the said condition, which was dismissed on 08.06.2018 on the ground that the petitioner had not appeared before the respondent Police even once. Challenging the said order, the petitioner is before this Court.

2.Heard Mr.Muniyapparaj, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondent.

3.On 06.07.2018, this Court passed the following order : https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

"Today, Ms.S.Mariyammal, W.Gr.I.PC 27764, S-9 Palavanthangal Police Station, Chennai is present before this Court.

On instructions, learned Government Advocate submitted that pursuant to the order dt.29.06.2018, the petitioner has reported before the respondent Police only on 05.07.2018 and 06.07.2018.

Petitioner is directed to report before the Police till 11.07.2018.

Post on 11.07.2018 in the "admission list"."

4.Today, the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that pursuant to the order dated 06.07.2018, the petitioner has appeared before the respondent Police from 05.07.2018 till date.

5.In view of the above, the said condition stands relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required.
