Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner must report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed by this Honble Court on 19.04.2018 in the above mentioned Crl.M.P.No.6121 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.7626 of 2018. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.SASINDRAN Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.BHARATHA CHAKRAVATHY PUBLIC PROSECUTOR,PUDHUCHERRY on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.NO. 7626 OF 2018 on 15.03.2018. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.OP.No.7626 of 2018 on 15.03.2018 regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional public prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.7626 of 2018 on 15.03.2018 is relaxed.
