This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the case against the respondent based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 18.05.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.

3.In view of the order passed by this Court in the case of Sugesan Transport Pvt. Ltd., Vs The Assistant Commissioner of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Police, J2, Adyar Police Station, Adyar, Chennai-600 020 and another [2016 (5) CTC 577 : 2016-2-LW (Crl.) 499], this petition is not maintainable.

4.Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner set out in Sugesan's case (supra).
