O R D E R

The petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pandalur, to dispose off the C.M.P.No.4284 of 2017 as expeditious as possible in a time framed manner.

2. The petitioner lodged complaint as against the respondents before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pandalur, under Section 200 of Cr.P.C. Since the same was not considered by the said Court, the petitioner filed this present petition.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the Judicial Magistrate, Pandalur, is directed to dispose the petition in C.M.P.No.4284 of 2017, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, if not already disposed of.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
