Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records and the impugned High Tension Bills (Provisional) issued by the 2nd respondent for the month of May 2021 (Bill No.H4010342052111 dated 07.06.2021), June 2021 (Bill No.H4010342062111 dated 06.07.2021), July 2021 (Bill No.H401034208272111) dated 06.08.2021) and August 2021 (Bill
No.H4010342082111 dated 05.09.2021) pertaining to Service No.099094010342 in violation of Regulation 6(b) of the Tamil Nadu Electricity Supply Code, 2004 and direct the respondents to raise the monthly Bill calculating the Minimum Charges at the rate of 20% of the contracted demand or recorded demand whichever is higher as per Regulation 6(b) of the Tamil Nadu Electricity Supply Code 2004 till the extended period of lock down by the Government of Tamil Nadu and waiver of Power Factor Penalty (Compensation Charges) till the lock down is lifted and full operation of entertainment / amusement park is permitted including the operation of the Water Park commences, insofar as the petitioner is concerned and adjust the excess amount received by the 1st respondent in contravention to regulation 6(b) of the TN Electricity supply code, 2004 for the month of May, June, July, August with the forth coming months respect of power factor.

ORDER
The issue that has been raised in the present writ petition is covered by the orders passed by this Court in the batch of Writ Petitions in WP. Nos.7678, 7679, 9141, 9312, 9537, 9538, 9550, 10012, 10042, 10044, 10031, 9825, 9831, 10087, 10091, 10110, 10164, 8852 and 9689 of 2020 dated 14.08.2020.
Consequently, the directions given by this Court will equally apply to the present writ petition also.
