ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.M.R.Dhalapathy Vignesh Kumar, learned counsel for the review petitioner.

2. The review petitioner seeks review of the order dated 28.06.2023.

3. The review petitioner filed the appeal against the interim order passed by the learned Single Judge directing to deposit the amount under award within ten weeks and upon deposit of the said amount, interim orders were granted in favour of the review petitioner. The review petitioner did not deposit the amount. The review petitioner filed an appeal bearing No.527 of 2023. In appeal, we extended the time to deposit the amount by one more week. Still, the review petitioner did not deposit the amount.

4. The review petition is filed only on the ground that now the

review petitioner would deposit the amount.

5. The review petition cannot be entertained for the said purpose. The review petitioner may make appropriate application before the learned Single Judge. It is for the learned Single Judge to consider the said application as the learned Single Judge deems fit.
