Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the 1st Respondent to give adequate police protection to the Petitioner Company by effectively preventing the Respondents 2 to 6 in both Writ Petitions, and their associates so as to enable the Petitioner to run the Industry with the willing workers, thus enabling free ingress and egress of men, material and vehicles to remove and transport the finished products from the Petitioner's premises.

No appearance C O M M O N O R D E R Petitioner has come up with the above Writ Petitions seeking a direction to the 1st Respondent herein to give adequate police protection to their Company by effectively preventing Respondents 2 to 6 in both Writ Petitions, and their associates so as to enable their Company to run the Industry with the willing workers, thus enabling free ingress and egress of men, material and vehicles to remove and transport the finished products from their premises.

This Court, on 04.07.2008, has granted an order of interim direction, directing the 1st Respondent herein to provide police protection to the Petitioner. As ten years have gone by, no further adjudication is required in these Writ Petitions. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by any of the subsequent events, it is needless to mention that the Petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum, in accordance with law.

Writ Petitions are closed with the above observation. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P.Nos.1 and 1 of 2008 in the above Writ Petitions are closed.
