ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) This Writ of Habeas Corpus has been instituted for directing the respondent to produce the body and person of Muthulaxmi, D/o.G.Muthukrishnan (27 years) before this Court and set him at liberty.

2.Pursuant to the direction issued by this Court, detenue Muthulaxmi, D/o.G.Muthukrishnan, aged about 27 years is present before this Court and deposed that, she has voluntarily married the 3rd respondent and living with him. Further, she says that the 1st wife of the 3rd respondent has got married with another person and living separately.

3.Therefore, the detenue Muthulaxmi is not in illegal detention. Thus, the
