ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioners in the name of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by one Kumaresan and Sampoornam, petition enquiry is pending against the petitioners.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are also given a complaint against Kumaresan.

5. In view of the above, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioners shall co-operate for the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, they shall not be harassed. However, if any cognizable offence is made out, this order would not be a shield against the arrest of the accused.

With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
