This amendment application is filed to correct the number in the case in S.T.C.No.70 of 2022 instead of S.T.C.No.70 of 2024 in the order dated 01.06.2026 of the Criminal Revision Petition in Crl.R.C.No.1025 of 2026 and

also in the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions in Crl.M.P.No.8289 and 8291 of 2026.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.On perusal of the order dated 01.06.2026 made in Crl.R.C.No.1025 of 2026, it is seen that in the 5th line of the 1st paragraph instead of S.T.C.No.70 of 2022, it has been wrongly transcribed as S.T.C.No.70 of 2024. 4.Accordingly, in future, the 5th line of the 1st paragraph of the order dated 01.06.2026, the S.T.C.No.70 of 2024 shall be read as S.T.C.No.70 of 2022 and rest of the order shall remain unchanged.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
