O R D E R

The husband is the petitioner in the H.M.O.P filed for divorce on the ground of adultery and cruelty. The wife, who is the respondent in the said H.M.O.P, has approached this Court for transfer of the H.M.O.P from the file of the Subordinate Judge, Kancheepuram to the file of District Judge, Villupuram. 2.

The learned counsel for the respondent submits that he experienced life threat at Thiruvannamalai and Villupuram and that still apprehends danger to his life, if he goes there. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner / wife, on the other hand, contends that the H.M.O.P can be transfered to Sub Court, Thiruvannamalai, if not, Villupuram.

The learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submits that the respondent is prepared to have the case heard before the Subordinate Judge, Thiruvannamalai, as desired by the petitioner.

In view of the above consensus expressed, the transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and H.M.O.P.No.89 of 2015 is withdrawn from the file of Subordinate Judge, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Kancheepuram and transferred to the file of the Subordinate Judge, Thiruvannamalai. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
