These two applications have been filed by the applicant/plaintiff praying to order substituted service against the third and fifth respondents in A.Nos.1923 &2307 of 2022, by paper publication in any one issue of Local daily Tamil or English Newspaper, Chennai Edition.

2. Accepting the averments made in the affidavits filed in support of the applications, these applications are allowed. 3.Accordingly, the applicant/plaintiff is permitted to effect paper publication in one issue of "Dinamalar" Tamil daily in the Chennai Edition mentioning the date of hearing as 21.09.2022.

4. List the matter on 21.09.2022.
