O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police to give police protection to the petitioner and his family members.

2. This petition has been filed seeking police protection on the complaint dated 12.092021 before the second respondent. However, the respondent perused the complaint and referred the complaint before the Revenue Divisional Officer for conducting peace committee meeting since the dispute between the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and the third respondent in respect of the property. Now, it is pending before the Revenue Divisional Officer.

3. Considering the above submissions, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Sangagiri, Salem District is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the third respondent to conduct enquiry and also directed to dispose of the representation after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
