The learned Government Advocate submitted that R2 and R3 were impleaded, since the complaint given by the defacto complainant is transferred to CCB, Veppery and the records are not transferred.

2. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to attend the enquiry and it is also open to the petitioner to file an appropriate application if the situation warrants.
