The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 25.07.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 336, 427, 392, 397 & 506(ii) of IPC in crime No.506 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with another accused waylaid the de-facto complainant, abused him in filthy language and robbed a sum of Rs.300 at knife point. Hence, the complaint.

3. The petitioner is having 7 previous cases of similar in nature and he is a habitual offender. That apart, the petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody only on 25.07.2022.
