ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the respondents to trace out and produce the detenu, by name, Arunachalam, aged 19 years, son of the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has represented that the detenu has been arrested and remanded to

custody in connection with J9, Thuraipakkam Police Station Crime No.1779 of 2016.

3. On the basis of the representation made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court has perused the entire case diary relating to Crime No.1779 of 2016 and ultimately found that the detenu has already been arrested and remanded to custody.

4. Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, the relief sought in the petition has become infructuous. In fine, this petition is dismissed.
