CR.NO. 16/2018 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily 10.30am until further orders by this Hon'ble court in Crl.M.P.No. 6142 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.6844/2018 dated 19.4.2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.RANJITH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.IYYAPPARAJ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.6142 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.6844 of 2018 dated 19.04.2018.

2. This court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., every Saturday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6142 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.6844 of 2018 dated 19.04.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in a month, i.e., first day of every month at 10.30.a.m. until further orders.
