When the matter was listed for hearing on earlier occasion i.e. on 14.07.2023, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is not appearing for the petitioner and he has already given change of vakalat. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner in the cause list and list the case on 01.08.2023.

representation for the petitioner. Thus, it is clear and evident that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case and this Court has no other option except to dismiss this Writ Petition for non-prosecution.
