O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to execute the non bailable warrant issued against the accused/respondent in Crl.MP.No.904 of 2022 in M.C.No.50 of 2021 on the file of Additional Family Court-II, Chennai.

2. After notice, the respondent appeared through counsel and states that the warrant issued by the learned II Additional Family Court Judge, Chennai in Crl.MP.No.904 of 2022 was recalled by the Family Court vide order dated 01.12.2023 in Crl.Mp.1580 of 2023 the certificate copy of the docket order passed by the Family Court is furnished to substantiate the above plea.

3. After perusing the records, this Court finds that as on date there is no warrant pending in MP.No.904 of 2022. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
